Important: By engaging VividVantage's services, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These Terms govern the relationship between VividVantage Media Pvt. Ltd. ("VividVantage") and any client ("you") that engages our services. By signing a service agreement or making a payment, you accept these Terms in full.
VividVantage provides digital marketing services including social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, brand strategy, influencer marketing, and SEO. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in the individual Service Agreement.
Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed separately at cost. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments attract a 2% monthly interest charge.
Upon full payment, the Client owns all content and creative assets specifically produced for them. VividVantage retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 2 years.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results. We commit to applying best practices and continuous optimisation to maximise performance.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
