Cancellation Policy

1. Minimum Contract Period

All retainer engagements have a minimum period of 3 months. This allows sufficient time to implement the strategy, produce content, and deliver meaningful results.

2. Cancellation After Minimum Period

After 3 months, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to Getconnect@vividvantage.site. Services continue during the notice period and will be invoiced accordingly.

3. Early Cancellation

• Month 1 cancellation: 100% of remaining contract value is due
• Month 2 cancellation: 50% of remaining contract value is due
• Month 3 cancellation: 30-day notice applies; no additional penalty

4. Cancellation by VividVantage

We may cancel immediately if: invoices remain unpaid for 30+ days; the Client engages in illegal activities; or the Client provides materially false information.

5. Offboarding

Upon cancellation, we will provide a final performance report, transfer all content assets and data, remove our access from Client platforms within 7 business days, and provide a comprehensive handover document.

6. How to Cancel

Send written notice to Getconnect@vividvantage.site with your company name and intended cancellation date. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
