Summary: We offer a 7-day satisfaction review for new clients. Ad spend paid to platforms is non-refundable.

1. Our Commitment

VividVantage is committed to delivering high-quality creative marketing services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

2. Retainer Fees

Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance. Given that strategy work and content production begin immediately upon engagement, retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

3. New Client Satisfaction Review

New clients may request a formal review within 7 calendar days of receiving their first deliverable. At our discretion, we may offer a partial credit or refund of up to 50% of the first month's retainer fee if the deliverable does not meet the agreed brief.

4. Ad Spend

Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms is non-refundable. These payments are governed by the respective platform's refund policies.
