Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance. Given that strategy work and content production begin immediately upon engagement, retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
New clients may request a formal review within 7 calendar days of receiving their first deliverable. At our discretion, we may offer a partial credit or refund of up to 50% of the first month's retainer fee if the deliverable does not meet the agreed brief.
Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms is non-refundable. These payments are governed by the respective platform's refund policies.
